These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CompPulse website and services available at www.CompPulse.app (the "Service"). The Service is operated by CompPulse ("CompPulse", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use CompPulse. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Use of the Service

- Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy CompPulse content at scale (except where explicitly permitted)
- Resell, redistribute, or reproduce CompPulse data or reports without permission
- Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content
We reserve the right to investigate and take action against misuse.
4. Data and Content
CompPulse provides salary-related information, job market insights, and related content ("Content") based on aggregated and/or third-party sources.
You understand and agree that:
- Salary estimates are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete
- Job listings, employer data, and compensation information may change frequently
- The Service is provided for informational purposes only
5. Feedback
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant CompPulse the right to use them without restriction or compensation, including to improve the Service.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Certain features of CompPulse may require a paid subscription.
If you purchase a subscription:
- You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the payment method provided
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled
- Prices may change with notice
- Taxes may apply depending on your location
Refund Policy: All sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
Payments are processed by third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). We do not store full payment card details.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund previously paid fees unless stated in the Refund Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, branding, software, and original content, is owned by CompPulse and protected by intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or internal business use.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.
9. Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may include links to third-party websites or services. CompPulse is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.
Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPPULSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ACCURATE.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPPULSE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
IN NO EVENT WILL COMPPULSE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO COMPPULSE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID ANY AMOUNTS.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CompPulse and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
14. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including features, pricing, or availability.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
